Rachel Lucke Nutrition provides individualized support, taking into account not only your physical health but also your unique strengths, lifestyle, and priorities.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Prior to your appointment, I’ll review your information and conduct a dietary analysis so I’ll have a solid sense of your background before we even meet. The focus of the initial consult will depend on your individual needs and will likely include a discussion of your goals, motivation, and challenges, as well as my assessment of your nutritional needs and possible nutrient deficiencies and insufficiencies. I’ll also take your body composition measurements. Then we’ll work together to set goals and come up with an individualized plan that will include food, lifestyle, and/or supplement recommendations as indicated. Initial consultations are a full hour to ensure that I can complete a thorough assessment and you have the time you need to communicate all relevant details, concerns, and questions about your health.

Hours & Locations

I offer convenient scheduling, including evening and weekend hours. Appointments take place in person at my office in Baltimore or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Fees & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of your appointment in the form of cash, check, credit card, or FSA/HSA debit card. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. You may check with your insurance company to determine if your coverage will apply to your nutrition consultation. Although I do not participate in insurance plans, bill your insurance company directly, or communicate with your insurance company on your behalf, upon your request, I will provide you with a coded receipt to submit to your insurance company for any applicable reimbursement depending on your plan’s terms, conditions, and coverage. Sliding scale fee options are available for established clients.


If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify me by phone or email as soon as possible. I trust that you will understand and respect that a missed appointment is a missed opportunity for another individual to address their nutrition-related goals. Late cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged half the cost of the scheduled appointment.
